On-Site Repairs

VinylDoc has trained technicians in the Portland, OR metro area who are available to repair your window frames on-site. Our experienced technicians have done over 12,000 repairs. If you would like one of our technicians to come out and repair your vinyl window frame, contact us directly.

'Liquid PVC' will weld the PVC Hardstock material over a hole on a vinyl window frame. Make sure the material completely covers every part of the damaged area and be sure it's sealed with a bead of the 'Liquid PVC' so as to prevent leaking issues.Image of a VinylDoc technician using 'Liquid PVC' to repair a broken nailfin with a Quick Repair Kit

The flexible Stoftstock material is best suited for nailing fins because of its ability to forms to irregularities. Liberally place 'Liquid PVC' on the fixed fin and then quickly hold the flexible fin in place for a few minutes. Use a clamp or similar tool if necessary.

Important: Place a bead of 'Liquid PVC' around all seams to make sure it is completely sealed. It needs to cure for 24 hours before continuing work on or around the repair area.
